Abstract

This article explores the categories of civil society and information and communication technologies (ICT) as essential components of a democratic and legal state. The author analyzes the impact of digital technologies on the development of civil society and highlights the role of ICT in enhancing government transparency, strengthening public oversight, and facilitating communication between state and civil institutions. The article also delves into theoretical approaches to the structure of civil society and its institutional framework in contemporary conditions.
