INFLUENCE OF TYPE-FORMING FACTORS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL PRINTING SYSTEMS IN RUSSIA AT THE TURN OF THE XX-XXI CENTURIES

Abstract

The article examines the impact of type-forming factors on the historical and typological development of the regional press (on the example of the press of the Voronezh Region) at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries. On the example of statistical data for the period from 1990 to 2010, the registration of new newspapers and magazines is analyzed, as well as the impact of type-forming factors on this dynamics: political, economic, technological, socio-cultural. Using the classification method, the typological diversity of the regional press of the post-Soviet period is shown. In conclusion, the justified existence of subordination as the main type of relationship between the type-forming factors and the regional press system is presented.
