Abstract

In today’s digital age, the proliferation of fake and phishing websites on the Internet is becoming a real threat to users. Tools such as WHOIS, IPinfo, and VirusTotal play a crucial role in verifying information about websites' IP addresses and domains, as well as assessing their reliability. Furthermore, artificial intelligence-based systems can analyze large volumes of data in a short time, identifying potential security threats. Statistical data shows that the number of phishing victims has been decreasing over the years, indicating the widespread adoption of protective measures. Nevertheless, adhering to media hygiene practices and utilizing reliable tools remain paramount.
