Abstract
In the context of rapid digital technology development and society's growing dependence on online platforms, the issue of legally regulating digital application blocking has become particularly relevant. This study analyzes international legal standards that define permissible interference in the digital space. The main focus is on the principles of legality, necessity, and proportionality that underlie the assessment of restrictive measures. The research examines the need to develop unified international approaches to digital environment regulation, establish legal liability for unlawful restrictions, and improve national legislation to protect fundamental rights in the digital age.
