Abstract
Corporate communication is the process of effective information exchange between an organization and its internal and external stakeholders, the effectiveness of which largely depends on the leader's personal image. This article analyzes the impact of the leader’s image on corporate communication. It explores how personal qualities, communication skills, appearance, ethical views, and professional image of a leader influence relations with employees and the public. The importance of transparency, trust, charismatic leadership, and crisis communication is also examined. The article provides practical recommendations for HR professionals and corporate managers.
